Where to go
The spots most trips go to
- Palancar Reef. A well-known reef and wall dive site, further out than the limited shore diving. Drift dives with a divemaster, reached by a short boat ride south.
- Chankanaab reef. Reefs off Chankanaab's beach, used for the discovery dive: a 20-minute introductory lesson and a guided 45-minute dive. About 9 km south of town by taxi.
