Not done online? Register at the pier
While not recommended, if you have not completed the online registration (check-in) process, you may do it at the pier (with the assistance of cruise line personnel). If you plan to register at the pier, be sure to arrive at least 3 hours before departure time and bring your Direct Line Cruises confirmation because your boarding pass will not be available for printing until you check-in at the pier.
2 hours before sailing
Checked in and on board
All cruise passengers must be checked-in and onboard the ship at least 2 hours before the published sailing time.
