Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas

Royal Caribbean Allure of the SeasRoyal Caribbean will introduce the BRAND NEW Allure of the Seas (sister ship of the Oasis of the Seas) in December of 2010. Like its sister, the Allure of the Seas will share the title of being the LARGEST cruise ship in the world. At more than 220,000 gross tons and carrying and incredible 5,400 passengers, the Allure of the Seas is truly a revolutionary cruise ship.

Longer than New York City’s famed Chrysler building, the Allure of the Seas is so big, that it has “neighborhoods” like Central Park, Royal Promenade and Boardwalk. Like a city at sea, each Allure of the Seas“neighborhood” has its own unique “personality” along with numerous attractions that everyone onboard can enjoy such as the huge Aqua Theater, an amusement park, an ice skating rink, the largest water park at sea and countless other innovations you wouldn’t imagine on a cruise ship. Forget everything you know about cruising because the Allure of the Seas has truly changed the concept of cruising forever.

Central Park
The Central Park neighborhood onboard Allure of the Seas provides a unique combination of nature and nautical. Elegant and lively, it offers a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere during the day, featuring winding paths with real grass, trees, shrubs, tropical foliage, sculptured gardens, and lots of open sky. Then, during the evening hours, Central Park evolves into an active gathering place for entertainment, street performances and some of the finest restaurants at sea, including the upscale 150 Central Park, Vintages wine bar and the Park Cafe. More than 300 staterooms (many with balconies) rise up 6 decks overlooking Central Park, reminiscent of the grand hotels overlooking New York City’s swank Central Park neighborhoods.

Consumer Review:Allure of the sea is a gorgeous ship. Shows are very good. Latin club was 1 st class. All other clubs were also very good. This ship has the best entertainment. This was our 26 th cruise. It was the best. Highly recommend. Very good for family with children.
Consumer Review:ALLURE OF THE SEAS FANTASTIC
Consumer Review:Allure of the Seas was an amazing ship. The experience was like no other. It felt like we were transported to the heart of NYC. The attention to detail was spectacular and the views from anywhere on the ship were truly amazing. The Disney Dreamworks experience was great for the kids and the quality of the adult shows was stellar. I highly recommend this experience for everyone. Even avid cruisers (this was my 6th or 7th) will find this ship to be amazing.
Consumer Review:I went last year in February on the other one so I wanted to take my son, daughter inlaw and my two grandchildren age 5 and 7 on this new one. They loved it and want me to take them every year. It was worth every penny I spent. We stayed in 7454 and 7456 and it was loud noise during the night. I would ask for deck 12 next time where I stayed on the other one. This must have been close to something they cleaned during the night on deck 8. However we were so tired we still had a good nights sleep.
Consumer Review:Just to be clear we only did on Specialty Restaurant on board the Allure - Rita's Cantania and were not impressed. The main room dining was excellent!
Consumer Review:The only thing about the ports was that I expected to see more of the luxurious areas and beaches. Nassau was beautiful on paradise island, St Thomas Emerald beach was OK too, but St. Martin I was a little dissapointed at. The snorkeling at St Thomas, we really didn't see a whole lot but the ship ride over and back was fun. Overall, a little more time at the ports would have been nice, especially Nassau. Maybe do the Western Carribean next time.
Consumer Review:The Royal Carribean Allure of the Seas is like being in a city. You would think that with 6300 passengers that it would be busy and crowded, but this ship and the sister Oasis is so large you are not crowded at all. We will travel these ships again.
Consumer Review:The ship was everything I expected and more. We were on aboard in less than 15 minutes at the pier and off was amazing . They were so well organized to handle over 5000 people. I love to cruise with Roral Carribean I am most pleased with Dena Hurd handling of my cruises. She is very good at her job!!!!
Consumer Review:The ship was overwhel Ing in a positive way. I would need to go alot more on this particular ship to enjoy all it has to over. The balcony stateroom was suggested and I am very gald we booked one. The food was great and a endless selection. The kids club was amazing and they treated my whole family as if we were the only ones on the ship. The waitstaff in the restaurants were very personal and made each dining experience very pleasurable. Our room attendant informed us of answers to any of are question. The cabins were kept spotless and always came back to special surprises. The cruise director Ken , guest services and shopping Shelby left a bad taste in My mouth. I thank your staff by informing me to make reservations for shows pre boarding. If you want to see the show you should show up at least 25 min before even with reservations. We missed out on Blud Planet show do to no seats and people with no reservation had seats. We were 20 mins early. Overall first cruise great experience learning experience and felt like we made new family. My special thanks go out to Jose Sahim Jennybean Robert Bear Cristine and All other room attendants on deck 9295 area all kids staff and waitstaff and activity staff. Thank you Barbara K for your professionalism and knowledge you shared with me. Sheila
