How do I earn points?

Points are earned with confirmed and fully paid reservations once the sailing occurs. After the sailing date, points will be added to a customer's DLC loyalty club account.

How many points can I earn per reservation?

Points are based the total stateroom cruise fare (excluding port charges, taxes, air & miscellaneous fees). Click Here to view the point allocation chart.

When can I redeem my points?

Points are earned with every completed reservation once the sailing occurs. Upon reserving a new reservation through Direct Line Cruises, points earned on the previous cruise may be redeemed.

What can I redeem my points towards?

Your DLC Loyalty Points can be redeemed towards valuable onboard savings items such as onboard credits, wine, chocolate covered strawberries, cheese plates, casino credits, etc. The availability of the onboard savings items vary based on the cruise line & available points within an account.

How much are loyalty points worth?

On average, loyalty points have an estimated value of $10 per 100 points.

How do I access my DLC Loyalty Club Account?

Your DLC Loyalty Club account is directly linked to the primary email address utilized with your cruise reservations booked through Direct Line Cruises. To access your account, make sure to enter the primary email address (utilized on the cruise reservation) along with the main contact's last name.

I do not see all of my past reservations within my Loyalty Club account. Why?

Typically missing reservations booked through Direct Line Cruises is due to a primary email address mismatch. Your DLC Loyalty Club account is directly linked to the primary email address on file for each reservation. If an outdated or invalid email address was utilized, the booking may not be found within your DLC Loyalty Club account.

In addition, if you have logged-in with a last name that does not match as the primary last name on all reservations, your bookings may not be shown. But, rest assured you have received proper credit for these reservations as long as you have utilized the correct email address. Do I need to redeem all of my loyalty points or can I let them accrue?

Feel free to utilize your loyalty points however you would like. You can use none, some or all. If you would like to accrue points for a future cruise, it's your choice!

Can I transfer my points or exchange them?

No. Points are assigned solely to the primary email address on file and cannot be transferred. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
