TERMS & CONDITIONS: DIRECT LINE CRUISES LOYALTY CLUB

The DLC Loyalty Club exists for the purpose of rewarding loyal past DLC clients by providing points with every cruise booked and sailed through Direct Line Cruises. DLC Loyalty Cruise Points are earned with CONFIRMED and FULLY PAID cruise reservations booked through Direct Line Cruises. These valuable cruise points are added to a client's DLC Loyalty Club Account at the conclusion of their sailing. Points are based on the date booked and total stateroom cruise fare (excluding port charges, taxes and other miscellaneous fees). Points can be accrued and redeemed up until 7 days before an active sailing departure. Points can be redeemed towards valuable onboard items such as onboard credits, stateroom candies, wine, casino credits & more. Onboard items available vary based on the cruise line and points available for redemption.

Loyalty Points are assigned to the Primary Email Address utilized on a cruise reservation booked through Direct Line Cruises. The primary email address utilized with a cruise reservation booked through Direct Line Cruises must match reservations shown with customer's loyalty club account. Loyalty points earned cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Loyalty Points are not added with cancelled or held cruise reservations. Direct Line Cruises reserves the right to change or update the terms of the loyalty club program at any time.
