Viewing and modifying your cruise reservation couldn't be easier with Direct Line Cruises. Direct Line Cruises provides all of our customers online access via our easy to use online customer service tool. This tool will allow you to view important deatils related specifically to your cruise. Required steps such as digitally authorizing your reservation along with completing the cruise line's mandatory guest registration are one click away within this simple to use tool. In addition, you will have the ability to modify certain aspects of your reservation such as dining times, payment types, insurance plans plus more. To access your reservation online, CLICK HERE.

Direct Line Cruises requires all clients to authorize their cruise reservation. By doing so, this ensures the accuracy of each client's reservation. The authorization process also simplifies and automates the process of paying the final balance for each client's cruise. Once a reservation has been authorized, Direct Line Cruises has been given permission to automatically process the final balance of a cruise on a specified date, which is typically 80 to 90 days before the sailing date. All passengers are required to pre-register at the cruise line web site at least 7 days before the cruise date.   The information requested is REQUIRED by immigration authorities in many of the ports of call you will be visiting on your cruise.  All cruise passengers must be checked-in and onboard the ship at least 2 hours before the published sailing time. Paying your final balance for your cruise couldn't be easier with Direct Line Cruises. If you have authorized your cruise reservation via the Direct Line Cruises online service tool, you have already indicated the method of payment for the balance of your cruise. At approximately 75 to 90 days before your sailing date, Direct Line Cruises will automatically remit your final payment to the cruise line. We take care of the work for you and there is no follow-up needed on your end. Just simply make sure that you have already authorized your cruise reservation and we will take care of the rest!

For the majority of cruise lines, your luggage tags will be included with your electronic ticket booklet that should be printed directly from the cruise line website. Some cruise lines (such as Celebrity Cruises) will provide the option to request luggage tags to be mailed to your home address. If you are unable to print the online luggage tags, there is no need to worry as the cruise lines will provide luggage tags at the pier before you begin to board your cruise.

If you have seen a lower rate on DirectLineCruises.com or the official cruise line websites, you may submit a rate adjustment request via the Direct Line Cruises online customer service tool. Below are step by step instructions on how to use the rate adjustment request tool:

To start, you must log-in to our online reservation system by CLICKING HERE. Make sure to enter your booking ID, last name and cruise line. Then click the "Submit" button.


Once you are logged-in, scroll down to the bottom-left of the screen and click the "Rate Adjustment" button. The next screen will show you a pricing summary for your stateroom. Your per person breakdown will be shown along with your TOTAL stateroom fare (including all port charges & taxes).


Below the pricing summary, you must enter the lower price that was found on either our website (DirectLineCruises.com) or the official cruise line website. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that you enter the TOTAL stateroom fare (including all taxes and fees) that was shown online. Next, indicate where the lower rate was found.

Once this information is entered, you must acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions by checking off the "Acknowledgement" box. Once the box has been checked, you may click the "Submit" button.

That's it; It's that simple! Our team will review and verify your request. Once we have more information for you, we will be in touch via email or phone.

If you wish to pre-book your entertainment, dining or spa services, many of the cruise lines encourage you to do so before you board your cruise. To pre-book these activities, you must go directly to the cruise line's website.

Clients of Direct Line Cruises have up until 90 days before the sailing date to request that a different credit card be utilized for the final payment of their cruise.
