Below are instructions to complete your mandatory guest registration for Norwegian Cruise Line.
Please make sure to complete this online pre-registration process at least seven (7) days prior to your departure date. Immigration authorities in the various ports of call require this information.
Before you begin the online guest registration, you must gather the following information for all the guests you are checking in:
- Ship, Sailing Date and Reservation Number
- Passport or appropriate proof of citizenship
- Home Address
- Emergency contact name with phone number
- Travel plans before and after your cruise. This includes flight information if applicable.
- Credit card information for the onboard expense account
Once you click the below link, you will either need to sign into your NCL account by using your username and password. If you are new to Norwegian Cruise Line, you will be prompted to register and activate your account. You will need to enter your first name, last name and date of birth. Once this is filled in, you will be asked if you currently have a cruise reservation. Click yes, and then enter your ship, your reservation number and your sail date. Click GO. A message saying that “Your Reservation has been found will!” will appear. You will then be prompted to activate your account. You will need to create a username and password. You will need to re-enter your password, and enter your telephone number and your email address, then click GO. This will bring you to a screen that says “Thanks for Booking”. Directly under this message, you will see, Online Check-in. Click “Online Check-in”. There are now 4 steps to complete this process.
Step 1 – You will be required to enter all of your personal information. You will also need to specify your country of citizenship. When all of this information is filled out, click save and continue.
Step 2 – You will now be required to enter your address and emergency contact information. Once this is completed, click save and continue.
Step 3 – You must now enter your proof of citizenship and passport information. Once this is completed, click save and continue.
Step 4 – You must review and accept your cruise ticket contract. Click continue and please review all information.
You will now be able to access and print your electronic cruise tickets 30 days prior to your sailing date. You may also access your electronic cruise tickets at www.edocs.ncl.com/edocs
