Consumer Review:THE SHIP WAS VERY CLEAN, OUR LINENS WERE ATTENDED TWO TWICE A DAY. THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GEARED TO ALL LEVELS AND WE ENJOYED IT ALL. THE SHIP WAS BEAUTIFUL AND MADE US FEEL SPECIAL AMONG 3000 PEOPLE. WE CAN'T WAIT FOR ANOTHER CRUISE FROM CHARLESTON, SC.
Consumer Review:Customer service, food and beverage excellence, on time and courteous attention and much more.
Consumer Review:Great cruise at a great price. Will now be spoiled to a balcony. Worth the extra. Thanks DLC for making it affordable.
Consumer Review:Great way to relax and enjoy life! Everything is at your beckon call from service to food to entertainment to fun...
Consumer Review:The Carnival Triumph was a very nice and clean boat. However the boat smelt like cigarette smoke as you walked through. we are non smokers and my husband suffers with asthma and it really bothered us. Something should be done so that the boat doesn't smell smokey all over as you walk through.
Consumer Review:The cruise met our expectations & was enjoyable for a short get-away & total relaxation.
Consumer Review:The cruise was a lot of fun and I would go on another cruise in the future. The entertainment was excellent as well as the cruise staff was very helpful and friendly. One thing for the cruise line to consider is to make more of the bars (and staterooms) completely non-smoking as a lot of non-smoking guests, especially from the NY/NJ area, are accustom to non-smoking in bars as that is the state law. Because of this, I avoided those bars on the ship due to excessive smoke.
Consumer Review:The cruise was fantastic. From embarkation through debarkation all aspects of the cruise were excellent. Carlos Ruiz & Aida Ramos
Consumer Review:the food in the main dining room was only good on the last night.
Consumer Review:the food in the paris diningroom was not fine dining. the captains dinner was just ok.i only ate 3 out of the 5 days in paris because it was not that good!!!!!the st johns excursions were terriable not recomend it to anyone!!!!the billing process is terriable !!!! plus my tv broke 3 differant times did not enjoy it!!!
Consumer Review:The only factor preventing this from being a 5 Star cruise was the embarkation in New Orleans during Mardi Gras week, but we will take that into account when booking future cruises.
Consumer Review:The service, entertainment and food were excellent. I would do it again - this time at different ports of call.
Consumer Review:Very few non-smoking lounges so it was hard to enjoy the clubs. There were many smokers on board and it caused a smoky environment even when just passing throught certain areas of the ship; stale cigarette odor that lingered in the hallways and common areas.
Consumer Review:Was not to crazy about the food. And paid for a excursion in Boston and had only 2 hours to complete it.
