Consumer Review:Buffet was just ok.
Consumer Review:the buffets were very small and quality was fair at best....Golden Corral has a better buffet and that was very disappointing after all I heard of the food on cruises. Main dining room was very nice and food quality was much better but our second dinner on wed the 25 table 221 server romeo was awful. Server disappeared never brought our bread I went and grabbed it from the counter myself, did not offfer cheese or pepper for salads or pastas and dinners arrived after our adjoining tables (which ordered after us) were offered dessert. managment of shows were also disapppointing too many people trying to squeeze into too small clubs with no direction from staff. WILL NOT CHOOSE CARNIVAL AGAIN
Consumer Review:We had a wonderful time on our first cruise! Embarkation was very easy. There were plenty of Carnival representatives to direct and help us board the ship. Our cabin steward, Javier, was delightful and took very good care of us. All of the crew that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. The servers around the pool quickly learned our names and always greeted us by name. Everyone in the dining room made sure our dining experience was superb. The Cruise Director and his staff did a fantastic job of providing fun activities without interupting a relaxing vacation. We could not have asked for better service. This was definitely the "Fun Ship!" We attended several shows that were top rate. And, the comedians had us laughing until our cheeks hurt. We look forward to cruising with Carnival again! The disembarkation wasn't as smooth or as organized as possible. We selected the Self-Assist disembarkation. Once we were told to wait in a designated area, we weren't given any additional information. The passengers were helping each other figure out what we needed to do. It seemed to be a lot of unneccessary chaos.
