Consumer Review:Carnival Cruise gave us a really good look at cruising. This was me and my family's first trip and we had such a marvellous time. I would have to say that we enjoyed the ports of call most of all and being able to visit several places in a week to get a taste of the different places through a cruise is very rewarding. Best of all we didn't do the driving, just sat back and relaxed! I didn't grade too highly on the star ratings in all areas because this was our first cruise and I don't have anything else to compare Carnival with.

Consumer Review:I would never consider sailing Carnival again. They had no entertainment during the day, and their shows at night were cheesey and dull ( except the magic show). At night the room we were in rattled and during the day there was a constant hammering noise we would wake up to that would last for hours. The ship itself needed a makeover and the people at the guest service desk were not helpful at all. I pre booked an excursion and did not receive my tickets for it until that morning ( despite all my requests to get them earlier) almost making us miss our trip. I have cruised Royal Carribean several times before and never had any problems or complaints. I would definatley rate Carnival as the Motel 6 of cruise lines. It you want class ,luxury, and exceptional service stay away from Carnival

Consumer Review:it was a great trip...everyone was friendly and helpful-my husband had injured his leg the week before leaving and had to have a wheel chair...everyone helped us out and made our trip a real relaxing time.

Consumer Review:Only two complaints: 1. To access the Internet Cafe and use their computers, you have to pass through Alfred's Bar, which is a cigar bar. There were a few times I almost vomited from the cigar smoking. 2. The smoking in the casino. Non smokers cannot gamble; they should open a non-smoking section.

Consumer Review:Very Much enjoyed the cruise. only complaint I had was the t.v. advertized dinner starter selection indicated Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail, however the physical onboard menu did not list it for selection. VERY VERY MUCH enjoyed all else and if that is my only complaint, I had FUN as did my bride of 20 years.
